These Terms of Service govern your use of NookCloud and purchases made through this store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted store policies.

Products, Pricing, and Availability
We aim to describe products, prices, and availability accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Orders
An order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and payment is successfully processed. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or restrictions on the product or destination. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, return, and refund terms are described in our posted store policies and form part of these Terms.

Estimated processing is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, with fulfillment by our supplier’s overseas partner warehouse. Estimated US transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 6–13 business days including processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; delays may occur.

Available destinations, shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Tracking is supplied when available from the fulfillment partner. International delivery times vary, and applicable import charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

The Oversized Sherpa-Trim Hoodie Blanket is final sale. For hygiene reasons, this item cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the size chart, product details and selected color before ordering.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact quwaynehudson@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Do not send anything back without prior instructions.

These policies preserve rights under applicable consumer law. New restrictions do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases; the policy in effect when the order was placed applies.

Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for hosting, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other store functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. New restrictions do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases.
