Processing and fulfillment

NookCloud orders have an estimated processing time of 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are fulfilled by our supplier’s overseas partner warehouse.

Estimated US delivery

Estimated US transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Estimated total US delivery is 6–13 business days, including processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; delays may occur.

Destinations, options and charges

Available destinations, shipping options and charges appear at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is supplied when available from the fulfillment partner.

International delivery

International delivery times vary. Applicable import charges, including duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees, may be the customer’s responsibility.
