Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact quwaynehudson@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Consumer rights and earlier purchases

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Any new restrictions apply only to purchases made after this policy update on October 19, 2026. Earlier purchases remain subject to the policy in effect when the order was placed.
