30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, free from pet hair, dirt, odors, or signs of use, and include proof of purchase.
Products used by a pet, clearance items, gift cards, or items not in original condition are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Contact us before mailing a return. We’ll provide the correct return instructions and destination for your order.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
